How long does your jerky stay fresh?
Our jerky is made without artificial preservatives. Unopened bags stay fresh for up to 6 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 3-5 days for maximum flavor and texture.
What kind of meat do you use?
We use only 100% premium grass-fed beef and hormone-free poultry sourced from local farms to ensure the highest quality and ethical standards.
Is your jerky gluten-free?
Most of our flavors are gluten-free. We use tamari instead of traditional soy sauce in many of our recipes. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do I need to refrigerate the jerky?
Refrigeration is not required for unopened bags. After opening, you may refrigerate the jerky to extend its freshness, though it is best enjoyed at room temperature.
