At The Jerky Co, we take pride in the quality of our snacks; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your jerky products.
- 2.Provide Evidence
Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging or the defective product to help our quality control team assessment.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the claim is approved.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will immediately process a replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
